Choose Aurelian or Meridian. Light roasts with floral and fruit notes, best brewed as pour-over.

You like it balanced

Choose Sovereign or Halcyon. Sweet, round coffees that work as espresso, filter or with milk.

You like it deep

Choose Cardinal or Nocturne. Fuller roasts with chocolate and spice, ideal in a press or moka pot.

Light

Floral, tea-like and bright.

Medium

Sweet and balanced, cocoa and fruit.

Medium-dark

Round, with caramel and spice.

Dark

Deep, smooth and chocolatey.
